On 9 and 10 March 2026, the third edition of the International Death Literacies Symposium will take place in Breda. This international symposium brings together researchers, professionals, and interested participants to explore new insights and practices in death literacy and end-of-life care. Loss and mortality are inseparable parts of human existence; how we deal with them shapes our meaning, our value to others, and the strength of social connection.
